Corbin Riley ("Improve The Moment," "we," "us," or "our") operates https://www.improvethemoment.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, and message when you use our contact form, subscribe to updates, comment on a post, create a member account, or subscribe to our paid plan, Improve the Moment+.

• Payment information. If you buy a paid plan, your payment is handled by Wix.com and the payment provider connected to the Site's Wix checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.

• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our hosting provider (Wix.com) collect device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the site that referred you. We use Wix's built-in site analytics to understand how the Site is used.

How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to your messages;

• send the newsletters and updates you asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email);

• provide member accounts and access to Improve the Moment+ content;

• process payments and manage subscriptions;

• keep the Site secure; and

• understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site, such as Wix.com (hosting, forms, members area, blog, pricing plans, and checkout), the payment provider connected to our checkout, and our email newsletter provider. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as long as the law requires.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
