By using https://www.improvethemoment.com (the "Site"), operated by Corbin Riley ("Improve The Moment," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Content and purpose. The Site offers devotional, inspirational, and reflective writing for personal encouragement. It is not professional, medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services, or in the U.S. call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

2. Intellectual property. All writing, images, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Corbin Riley or his licensors and are protected by copyright. You may share links and brief quotes with attribution and a link back to the Site. You may not republish, sell, or distribute full posts or members-only content without written permission. Scripture quotations are used according to the permissions of their respective translations.

3. Accounts and memberships. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Members-only content is for the subscriber's personal use only. Please do not share your login or repost members-only content.

4. Paid plans. Our paid plan, Improve the Moment+, costs $5 (USD) per month. Paid plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page in the Site's Members Area or by emailing info@improvethemoment.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. We may change plan prices; if we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to your next renewal.

5. Comments and submissions. Please keep comments respectful. We may remove any comment or suspend any account at our discretion, including for spam, harassment, or abusive content. By submitting a comment, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Site.

6. Third-party links. The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Corbin Riley and Improve The Moment are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the Site after an update is posted, you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
